Chenoa Panels cut out and mostly together
I used 1/4" Luan for the canoe. Butted the panels together with a fiberglass/epoxy seam. I have used butt blocks in the past, and I believe I perfer them over the fiberglass seam. Except for asthetics, butt blocks seem to work much better. I actually had to grind off the seams I did first, and redo them after the panels wer stitched together. I didn't do a good job getting the underside of the fiberglass seam wetted out correctly, and in all four cases were inferior.
